If you have Myasthenia Gravis

Tolterodine Tartrate Extended Release Capsules should be used cautiously by patients who are suffering from Myasthenia Gravis as it would increase the risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

If you have severe liver impairment

Patients with severe liver problems do not take more than 1 tablet in a day. In case where you feel there is a rise in liver enzymes then stop the treatment immediately.

If you overdose Terol LA 4 Mg

Consult your doctor, if you overdose Terol LA 4 Mg. There are no known symptoms if you take more of the medicine. If you can’t remember whether you took the medicine or not, do not try to double dose and always take the next medicine at the right time.

Always consult your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any medicine like Ciprofloxacin, Atenolol, Topiramate, Itraconazole, Zonisamide, Chlorpheniramine, etc.

Like all medications, Tolterodine Tartrate Extended Release Capsules can also have some negative influence on the body, despite the fact that not every person gets them.

Precautions and Warnings

Dizziness

First time after taking this type of medication the patient might feel weak or light headed and would feel dizzy. So it is suggested to the patient to take a low dosage of the medicine first and the doctor will therefore increase the dosage himself after he sees that the patient is in better condition. Drinking ginger tea would also help to cope with the dizziness. Try to slowly get up from a lying or a sitting position as getting up fast might lead to dizziness.

Constipation

The medication can lead to constipation so it is suggested by the doctor to eat meals which are high in fiber, for example, new natural products, vegetables and oats to expand the mass and consistency of solid discharges. • It does not have any side-effect on using machines or the ability to drive but if you start feeling an influence like disturbed vision or dizziness, you should immediately stop driving or operating machines.
• Have chest pain
• Get prolonged or painful erections
• Start having a skin reaction after having the medicine
• Pregnant women and people with blood pressure problems should completely avoid this type of medicine.
• Have kidney or liver disease.
