Secnidazole 1Gm is also used in the treatment of dental infections, pressure sores and leg ulcers. This tablet is not recommended for use in pediatrics unless prescribed by your health care expert.
For bacterial and parasitic infection: Seczol DS 1000 Mg helps treat various types of infections such as those of the liver, stomach, intestine, vagina, brain, heart lungs, bones and skin that are caused by bacteria and parasites. This tablet acts by stopping the growth of the bacteria causing the infection. It usually makes you feel better quite fast. However, you should continue consuming Seczol tablets as long as it is prescribed even if you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria and parasites are killed and do not become resistant.
Seczol DS 1000 Mg may be consumed with or without food. However, it should be consumed at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The amount you are advised will depend on what you are being treated for and how bad it is, but you should take a Secnidazole 1Gm antibiotic exactly as prescribed by your health care expert.
